There is a poem by Edward Abbey, Benedicto, which I have framed on my office wall. The opening line  "May your trails be crooked, winding, lonesome, dangerous, leading to the moset amazing views" feels relevant and I gaze upon it frequently.. 

For close to 30 years I have been seeking. Seeking questions, answers, connections. meaning and every step of the way, a guide has appeared when I've needed one most. It is also what draws me to work and serve as a guide with others. 

I worked in leadership roles for many years within non-profits and my favorite part of the work was supporting my colleagues to achieve their success. 

There is no one way or right way to do this work,. The place to start is right where you are.
